Refund Policy for Virogya
At Virogya, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
Select the order and go to the Return Section to submit your refund request.
Ship the product to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.
Once received, the product will be inspected for eligibility.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days, subject to your bank’s policy.
Important Notes
Certain items are non-refundable, including liquid products, gift cards, health vouchers, discounted items, and promotional offers (e.g., 1+1 free deals).
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases.
If a refund is not received within 10 days of approval, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us at sales@virogya.com.
Virogya reserves the right to reject refund requests if the return conditions are not met.
