At Virogya, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Virogya currently does not offer pickup services. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back safely.
Log in to your Virogya account.
Navigate to Order History → Order Details.
Go to the Return Section and submit your return request with details.
Pack the product carefully and ship it to the address provided on our Contact Us page.
We recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance to ensure safe return.
Please include the return reference number inside the package.
Products returned must be in original condition without damage.
Returns sent without prior request or approval may be refused.
NO refund or replacement will be processed if the product is delivered and accepted by the customer without any issues unless it is found defective or damaged.
